Let me start with a rather odd statement, which may ring true with some readers – I do not like dealing with Estate Agents!
After thirty years of house buying and selling, I dealt with many of them, from many companies, and they have always managed to raise my blood pressure.

My experience with F&C was the exact opposite.
They were extremely professional, very respectful, proactive and generally a pleasure to work with.
It’s really easy to tell a proper “professional” rather than the run of the mill estate agent, I wish I’d found them a long time ago, I may have more hair left!

Particular appreciation must go to Nicola and Graham.

Graham valued and marketed the property, with a no BS attitude and drawing from a wealth of experience, telling us exactly how it would be marketed, how much it would sell for and how long we should expect to wait until we found a buyer.
All of which was exactly right.
Couple this with the fact he is a true gentleman and it’s difficult to find anything not to like.

The property was handed over to Nicola after marketing was complete, she was a breath of fresh air, unlike any agents I’ve ever dealt with. Incredible professional (you can see a trend here) friendly, always phoned back when I could not get through (due to her dealing with other customers) and proactive in heading off questions which did not really need my input, but always keeping me in the loop.

As a company, I cannot recommend highly enough and what a great team to do business with.

They may not be the cheapest on the high-street, but honestly, its money well spent and it may do your blood pressure some good too!

This is the second time we have sold with F&C using the same office in Rugby. Because of our previous positive experience we didn’t even think of using any other agents. We have no regrets with our choice this time round. From start to finish we had a totally professional and friendly service. At a particularly stressful time we had total confidence in the staff, we were kept informed and never had to chase them for information. We achieved a successful sale much quicker than we expected and are now settled into our new home. I would highly recommend F&C Rugby to anyone thinking of selling their home. Special thanks to Nicola for being so understanding when I had a bit of a wobble!

Sam and the Team at Fine & Country Rugby did a great job in handling our house sale. From picture taking, brochure & video production, and showing people around the property they have demonstrated constant professionalism, way above our experience with another agent. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish.
After previously using another agent, who did actually sell our house however seemed to act more for our buyer rather than us (and subsequently lost our sale!), we switched to F&C after umming and ahhing for a few months.
We were desperate to carry on buying what we had put an offer in for, so in the end switched agent to F&C, if they couldn't sell it then we knew no-one could! Despite it being a beautiful totally renovated house which we loved, we just needed to move on to start our next adventure, and we felt we were being held back by our previous agent.
Well WOW, from booking the photos and video, to the ONE viewing we had who bought our house (before it actually went live!) the service from Sam and Claire was second to none.
Wish we had just used them from the start. Totally professional and acted as OUR agent and not the agent of our buyer, however were professional with all involved, and mainly didn't annoy our Solicitor as many agents do!
Was an absolute pleasure to use F&C and would never have any hesitation about using them again.
Thank you Sam and Claire, and F&C, we're now able to live the dream of what we bought and loving it!!

Complete lack of integrity by the agent we were dealing with. Was advised by the agent to offer £50k under asking- we did and followed up with the agent everyday to be told our offer was with the vendors solicitors. Then received a call to say a full offer ask had been received. At no point did Graham let us know there were other buyers looking at the property or another offer had been made. In his words “ I didn’t want to start a bidding war” odd for an estate agent. To sum it it up- he was completely useless. Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

Very unprofessional agency especially one of the partners name of Sam Funnell. I had to chase this man as he never returned my email. I missed the opportunity for an viewing as he failed on his side. He never informed me that the property was sold. Even the office. I will never do any type of property business with this agency. Very unethical. Very lazy.

I had to chase Sam today as the agency was closed per Christmas holidays. Per the email above you never stated you are taking off any time for that week. That is a lie. You should have been professional enough to reply. You were not! You are not professional enough to answer my phone calls but you do reply to this review. I left a message for you today and nothing. This is lazy and very unprofessional. I will never do business with you or agency. Just scammers!

What can we say?! Our experience with F&C has been first-rate from start to finish. Graham knew the type of property we were looking for (we had pretty specific hopes for what we'd like to find), and he gave us the heads-up of a place before it came to the open market so we could have a cheeky peek before anyone else.
We fell in love with it and even though it did go to the open market, we were successful in our offer.
It's amazed us that the process from our offer being accepted, to our exchange of contracts took only four weeks! <3 We know that having Graham in our corner helped the process no-end with communication between us, our sellers and both solicitors. All the recommended service providers from their little black book have been superb too.
We made it clear we hoped for a stress-free transaction with a sense of ease and transparency and that's exactly how our experience has been. We're so grateful for the personal and dedicated service we received through every step of buying our home.

We were super pleased with the professionalism, enthusiasm, friendliness and general good will throughout out the process of listing, selling and completing on our house with Fine & Country Rugby. Their inputs, opinions, support and honesty throughout were great. A super team!
