Omega Lettings

It was the worst mistake I have ever made by letting my house on rent through omega letting Birmingham, staff is unprofessional, always gives wrong information! My house have been given back to me in worst position without any notice .and it casted me to get my house sorted more than I have been paid the rent ! The tenants made massive damages in my house ! ! I strictly advise to everyone read the agreement before sign on it because once you have signed on it then you will sticker !

Can't answer the phone, politeness is often forgotten.
As for my bedroom ceiling leaking through the light fittings, turning the electricity off was the solution for 10 days so far.... brilliant as you can imagine for the kids!
Avoid

Useless. Stay away if you are a tenant looking to rent. You will wait month's for repairs and when someone is finally meant to come they will give you a 9-5 window and you will sit indoors all day and no one will turn up. The staff are so rude and there is never any follow up.

V difficult to get any follow-up. Admin often doesn't get things right. V v stressful experience and I'm not the only one complanning. They tried to improve bt it s not working. Have more properties than they can handle including tons of ex-council ones that need frequent repairs due to the poor materials used in renovating these. Also many tenants r awful, basically where I live is a run-down ratty area with massive social problems as well. Mind that there r decent ppl as well and not all my neighbours r spongers etc. We suffer coz of the careless, dirty, weed-smoking others.

Worst experience in private lettings in my whole life i have 5 kids all of who is constantly sick due to severe dampness/mould/mildew the house stinks regardless of how much i clean the drains are always blocked i wash my clothes in the washing machine and the water stinks my tap water taste like rotten steel. Omega doesnt care coz they dont have to live like dogs...since i moved in march 2015 i have had nothing but problems with omega n the property they make my life a living hell i would never ever recommend them and i will take matters furthur fed up of complaining about the samething over n over again

Would not live with theese people again. Lived in one of there properties through luton council and they didnt fix or do anything. Waste of money and time.

Multiple contract breaches and neglect of the property. They lied about everything and we had to take them to court. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM

They phukkin tunts wouod not let my dead dog rent from them. They phukkin con merchants tunts. The whole family are tunts
