He was amazing in talking us through our options, making a stressful situation calm and helped us secure a flat that we love. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had very fast. Jem Bayley was my letting agent and he was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and made me feel so comfortable that I wanted to take the apartment even more.
