Well what can i say other than what a rude estaite agent this is. I called in and picked up a form on a property to rent from this Estaite agent and filled form in and posted it back to them. Waited a week and had no response. So i rang them to ask if they recieved my form. They were rude and said they had recieved it and said would you like to view the propererty. I said yes please. We arranged a viewing. Then they rang me and said oh sorry the landlord to the properry has found someone to move in. I have been looking still for a property only to keep seeing the same property on line i wanted to view. I rang up and asked if thos property was still availible and like i thought it is still available to rent. To the two ladies at the desk in the estaite agent who were rude you never gave me a chance. And you waisted my time wjen you could of been honest from the start you didnt want me looking at the property. Thinking your better than me. Well your not. Dont go here they judge you before you fill in forms. Bad hope one day someone judges you. Stick your forms

I have rented my business premises from independent for many years and have never had any problems the staff are extremely professional and always offer prompt advice... highly recommended

I made enquiries in the cleveleys branch and found the staff friendly and helpfull.

The downloads to apply are not compatible with all devises so are virtually useless for applications for properties

Independent put my property on rightmove very quickly and then I had 6 viewings in 1 week. They were very keen. I accepted an offer. After that all of independents commitment and dedication towards me went out of the window. They did nothing to chase the buyer which meant they had attracted a time waster and now the property and chain ahead of me is at risk of being destroyed. They forget that you are paying their wage. If it happens a 3rd time I Will change estate agents.
