I have had my company/Property placed for sale with Peill and co and under the personal attention of Simon Adams the MD. for the last 12 months
Despite repeated requests for feed back and advice he has been almost totally derelict in providing any form of service or feedback whatsoever.

I recently had to step in and insist on action following a potential buyer who had contacted me directly having requested information on three occcasions without success.

I would most certainly not recommend them in any capacity and I have just withdrawn from my association with them

Absolutely useless & unprofessional company especially the MD - I enquired about a property and was guaranteed by the agent that I would be in in time for Christmas. After still not receiving any paperwork a week later I telephoned them to be told by the receptionist that the property had been let to someone else...After Christmas I see that the property is still empty so email them to be told it is still available so I again offer the asking price...weeks later I still haven't heard anything and they are not answering emails even the MD... feel sorry for the poor people naive enough to trust this company to rent their property.

.worst company ever, after 10 months didinstructed. No feedback, no chasing, no viewings, no offers despite me advising not too concerned over rent for retail unit , no return calls, listing not amended despite multiple requests.
Only reason this company is in business is lack of competition in area, they really are that bad, use at your peril !

Horrendous company to work with, really unreliable, rude and compleate compulsive sneaky liars, after telling us that we would be getting the contact drawn up within a few days FINALLY, after weeks and weeks of chasing them we get told that the property has been let to another business by a brief email, didn't have the decency to give us a phone call, we had already sent them all of our confidential information that they asked for .. I also see after reading the reviews that we are not the first people this has happened to! Discussing!

First impressions are quite good, but things soon start to go down hill. Only half completed what they agreed to do. If you are a small business I would suggest finding another company. I lost count of the number of emails and phone calls I sent them whilst trying to move things forward.

Really bad company to deal with, avoid! We paid Peill several thousand pounds in advance for a survey and evaluation on a commercial property. We had repeatedly to chase them over the course of a year to complete what should have taken a few weeks. Even when it arrived the report was very flimsy. Our initial complaints produced a brief flurry of concerned promises from the MD which were soon forgotten, and they returned to their usual inefficiency.

This company is unprofessional and misleading. The MD insinuates one thing and then fails to communicate at all. I will never deal with it again and would advise any buyer to contact a seller directly and not to trust this agent - whatever he may say.
