This guidance was offered freely and with no commercial benefit to Martin & Co and has led directly to our daughter making a successful purchase in the area. After searching for 6 months for the right property, he was the first estate agent to actually call me to let me know that a space was available to view the property, and it turned out to be the one. Excellent service from Josh Bartram at Martin & Co! We were seeking a flat for our international student at Kingston University. The transaction was complicated because she did not have a UK guarantor - Josh managed the situation beautifully and was patient with the many communications back and forth. Highly recommend!

We recently started a tenancy through Martin & Co and the whole process has been smooth, straightforward, and easy. I'd like to especially mention Lauren, she was our main point of contact from our initial query about the property to eventually signing the tenancy agreement, and she was absolute delight to deal with. I'd highly recommend this estate agents to anyone who's looking in the SW London area.

I would them 0 stars if I could. They took our flat on even though it was in the wrong area, telling us that all was well even though we were concerned. They put our flat on the market, then the agent working with us started her annual leave without telling us. Viewings were set up, then we get a phone call saying we have to take the house off the market because they had made a mistake. We have lost 2 weeks, and all the buyers. Please be careful when talking to Thai branch. They misled us, and essentially lied. Stay away from this branch and think carefully about working with the company.

Josh Bartram- Well what an outstanding Letting Agent!! I have owned a property Company for 40 years and this guy is special. He cares about his customers and since I have been using him I would not go anywhere else. Excellent Service, Kind, Patient and the most important thing - He Listens - He is quite an Exceptional Asset to Martin & Co. Fantastic!!
