An Absolute Joke! I was renting a one bedroom flat at 1300£! Umidity level was close to 90%, gave me bad health. The actual landlord built illegal bungalows in his garden which were then rented out by this agency. I've seen families(my neighbours) with children in the same lot living in a garage which was turned into another studioflat. Utterly disgusting service! Hope it will go out of business soon!

Booked a viewing for a property, travelled all the way from Devon to london, with confirmation of viewing that morning, only to be told after arriving and after scheduled viewing time that they were supposed to cancel the appointment, incredibly unprofessional

If you’re looking for a long term accommodation and peace of mind, DO NOT use this people. They are money hungry, they kick you out after 4 months without reason so as to get a new tenant and increase the rent. You’d have spent money beautifying the space and settled down only for them to start picking on you. Every little issue in the house, its always a threat of kicking you out.
Note: They’re not professional agents, It’s a family business run by their ill mannered children. Very wicked, uncouth, money hungry and bias people. I repeat, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! For your peace of mind and stability.
