Vesper have been professional and helpful in my experience of renting with them. I have largely dealt with Chantelle who has consistently been very responsive and and always pleasant and lovely to deal with. It is really helpful and reassuring to be able to be able rely on Chantelle to provide a quick response if anything comes up. Highly recommended!

I recently used the Vesper group for a rental service. I dealt with Robyn who was the ultimate professional. She was very diligent and responsive. She managed the whole process from start to finish and took all the hassle away from me. Truly recommend Vesper but definitely request Robyn her expertise and professionalism are second to none.

A horrendous experience from start to finish; appalling communication issues with staff, overpromising and underdelivering. I would avoid as best as possible. 1 star feels generous.

We rent a property with Vesper Group and normally email Holly, either for a Tenancy Contract renewal or for any other maintenance requirement we may have at the property.
We greatly appreciate the way Holly handles our emails related to the property which may require liaising with the Landlord or maintenance team regarding our queries.
she then promptly gets back to us with an answer from the team or the Landlord.
We sincerely thank everyone on the team (Vesper Group) and especially Holly for her quality work.

Terrible terrible experience with these people. The lift of the building we stay in is NOT WORKING for about 2 months now(have to climb 6 floors everyday), CONSTANT LEAKAGES in the house and since there's no one at the so called "concierge" they mentioned in the agreement, PARCELS GET STOLEN everyday. The people at vesper helped us in no way regarding this and ASKED US TO RELOCATE IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. Please do not deal with these people
