We decided to sign with Wards of Gravesend to market our property for sale, and have just exchanged on our dream home thanks to the team here.
We encountered several setbacks during our sale, however we were constantly reassured that matters were in hand to overcome these setbacks, and indeed they were.
I would particularly recommend Nick Oakley, not only for his excellent, clear and responsive communication with us as clients, but for his readiness to communicate with our vendors at numerous critical junctures also, where their own estate agents were unfortunately ineffectual.
I feel sure that without his careful attention and proactive approach, our sale and purchase could easily have fallen through.

Nick and the whole team at Wards have been great through the whole process of moving home. They quickly found me a buyer for my property and then listened to my requirements and found me a house that ticked all of my long list of boxes.
