Have worked with BLM on both letting our house (for two years and a one year extension) and then selling it. I have to say they were excellent in both lettings and sales. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, reasonable and hard working in both good markets and challenging ones. Normally I think I would have been tempted to go with one of the big agents to sell our house, but we'd had such a great experience with Francesca and Fiona in lettings that we decided to try Keith in sales and we were just as delighted with his and his team's efforts. It was clear that the decision to go with a smaller agency like BLM was the right one for our sale. The service was highly personalized and they definitely went the extra mile at each and every turn to make sure they got an excellent job done.

Looking to let our house we invited several local agents around for some advice. Fiona Mongey from Bective Leslie Marsh was by far the most knowledgeable agent with regards to the local market. We were aware the legislation surrounding letting a property could be a minefield but Fiona put our minds at ease and we felt we were in good hands and have already recommended Bective and specifically Fiona to my friends and colleagues.
