Sold my property through Nicholls Residential and I could not fault the service I got from Ian, Simon and John. They went above and beyond to resolve any little issue that cropped up with our sale. Excellent customer service!! Thanks guys!!

Nicholls Residential, Chessington.
I called to view a property on Friday. I was told, we need to check with the existing tenants to schedule a day for all the viewing, and we will let you know as you are the 1st client! And, Nicholls Residential stated that they have been managing this property for the last 5 years.

I called again the next day Nicholls Residential confirmed that they had never managed this property before! I requested a viewing and was told we will let you know on Monday. On Monday, I called and was informed that all the viewings were conducted last Saturday, and there are 4 offers.

We found Nicholls Estate Agents to be really kind,knowledgeable and professional throughout our house sale and with buying our new property.
