Had a very smooth and wonderful experience with Costa from Blackstones Estates. I had no trouble at all finding a place, as Costa quickly showed me another room when the room I wanted was taken. I then took up the room and the staff at Blackstones was very friendly and helpful, making the process for filling out documents and sending the deposit easy and efficient. My stay at the flat was really nice, good flatmates and a good general environment. Checking out of the flat was easy, with just being able to leave my keys in the room when I departed. Would highly recommend Blackstones to anyone looking for a room within the area.

I was looking for a place to rent and so I called them, and possibly the nicest man I've ever talked to answered me and helped me get everything sorted.

How nice is he? Well, when I had paid the deposit and was less than a week away from moving in, I had to cancel because something came up in the family. This obviously meant that I would lose the deposit (as I should) and I was fine with that. But then Jube (that's his name) contacted me out of nowhere a week later and was like "Yeah I convinced my boss to return your deposit because you just made a mistake" and I swear I have never been more pleasantly surprised in my life.

So yeah, great customer service and good apartments.

You hear so many bad things about estate/letting agents, so it is with some trepidation that I engaged one - Blackstone Estates - who had been recommended to me by a friend. Jube from the Tottenham office got in touch and we chatted about my situation, needs and time frame. He was positive and offered advice. he checked in a few times and when my property was ready he filled it with great tenants on the first viewing. He advised on all of the various forms and was even able to get tradesmen to help with issues ON THE SAME DAY! Sorted a plumber, rubbish removal, inventory etc. Super helpful, not pushy, available on the phone day or evening, weekends too. To be honest, I was probably a demanding and nervous client, but Jube was always friendly and helpful. If you want to know what the extra mile is, choose Jube. PS: I'm not his mum or being paid for this review. I work in marketing and know the value and power of great customer service. I also know how rare it is. How I wish Expedia/RyanAir/EDF etc had a team of Jubes. A well-deserved 5-star review.

Blackstones were extremely helpful throughout my time living with them. Moving in September, we dealt with Jube who made viewings, the lease and contract negotiations a breeze and gave us confidence in joining as one of their tenants. Salina from the office was always very happy to help with all admin including when having to move out unexpectedly and getting new contracts and deposits sorted in time for Christmas. Ruhul, my landlord, provided a beautiful home of a very big standard which we could make our own. He was accommodating, helpful and always on hand to sort any issues we had as soon as possible. Would highly recommend moving them for anyone looking to rent🤩

Jube from Blackstone's Estates managed to steer through the sale of my property within a tight deadline and in the teeth of the Truss/Kwarteng mortgage fiasco.
