Such a good estate agents, nice and polite and very helpful no matter the problem. I had Tuliana as the person helping me with my property and she was a absolute delight to work with while renting my property. So thankful for all the assistance I had with this estate agents. Made moving easy!!

Cottage Fields are a bunch of con artists posing as estate agents. They are happy to take multiple holding deposits for the same property which is illegal. It is clear through reading the negative reviews that this is something many customers have experienced yet, so far cottage fields have failed to address this issue. Can anyone from Cottage Fields please explain their official holding deposit policy? We're onto you...

Cottage Fields is indeed an amazing company, with amazing people.
I really got to experience it with Chris at the viewing then with Arif my property Negotiator who truly went above and beyond to make sure I secure a beautiful home for my son and I. I can not thank him enough, He was absolutely amazing, very patient throughout the whole process. Not once was he ever frustrated or irritated by how hard it was to get hold of me to complete the process.
The compassion and kindness which was shown towards me will never be forgotten.

The staff did their best to ensure I secured the new home and best of all they were happy to answer questions.
