Peter Barry were excellent from start to finish. They worked exceptionally hard to achieve the price we were hoping for. Theo and Nas were brilliant, they kept us informed throughout the process and couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Great service all round I would highly recommend.

Recently let our family home of 60 years, so a big emotional attachment to the house. Looked at several letting agents, including Peter Barry as a long established local agency. Relationships are important and we have high standards - we found Theo, Bulent and Elizabeth very responsive and polite and felt we could do business with them so we chose Peter Barry. They did exactly what they said they would do, the property was marketed and let in three days, and the process thereafter through referencing and documentation to the tenant moving in was smooth. We have only had a short relationship together but this process could not have been better. Therefore, we would highly recommend Peter Barry.

When I needed a tenant Peter Barry were amazing. They oversaw decoration and carpeting, found a tenant and had all the paperwork, references etc done in next to no time.
The whole team was (and has always been) superb, particularly Elizabeth and Bulent.

I rented from this estate agent for 3 years. I had the best experience ever we went to view property and the whole procedure was done so smoothly. I stayed in the property for 3 years any maintenance issue I had was dealt with so quick and I would have a person come in. They do house inspection each year which is amazing. I really appreciate the work Bulent, Elizabeth. We have moved out as we moved to a bigger property due to having a kid. I can highly recommend this estate agent. The service was amazing.
