I am a landlord and have been a client of Peak Property for nearly 10 years. I have never had anything but an amazing service from them. They are very fair to myself and the tenants in my property. If there is ever a problem they are quick to advise me the best way to fix or resolve the problem, this benefits both myself and the tenants.
Due to the outstanding service I have received over the years I have recommended their services to a number of friends and family that are also landlords and as far as I know they all are experiencing the same level of great service.

I then went home on the earliest weekend, collected my details and sent them in. I then had a response from a different member of staff saying that the room had been taken, even though I had been assured it would not. I sent an email explaining, that I’d felt let down as I’d driven a 7.5 hour round trip to retrieve all the information required and I didn’t even get a response. I expressed how disappointed I was so at the least I expected an email to say that they were sorry for the miscommunication and would look into where it went wrong. I got nothing sadly. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but the negligence to the situation urged me to.
The viewing itself with the first employee and the discussion I’d had with the second employee was diabolical. I would never have this company manage my property or rent a room from them. There was a huge lack of respect to the tenants by opening their cupboards and leaving me in the house alone. Disastrous
- do not resolve faults logged at the property, mine was outstanding for 7 months.
- will quote you for a higher amount to pay for fees until questioned, then they back track.
- stath lets flats are more professional this place.

They are on the ball for finding new tenants, the process of vetting them seems seamless and speedy, which you need to ensure a quick turn around.
