Peak Property let us stay in one of the very shiny apartments they offer. They are really nice people. We had excellent communication, fair price for the property and in general they helped us a lot as we came from Bulgaria and we didn't had any history in UK. I definitely recommend.

Very professional and a fantastic service.

I am a landlord and have been a client of Peak Property for nearly 10 years. I have never had anything but an amazing service from them. They are very fair to myself and the tenants in my property. If there is ever a problem they are quick to advise me the best way to fix or resolve the problem, this benefits both myself and the tenants.

Due to the outstanding service I have received over the years I have recommended their services to a number of friends and family that are also landlords and as far as I know they all are experiencing the same level of great service.

I went to view a room with peak property. I was very interested in the room as I already knew a few people living in house at the time. In the viewing with Jack I met at the appropriate time and on meeting him I said “hello I’m Sarah” to which he responded with “I know… it’s on my IPad”. He then didn’t introduce himself with his name. This incident set an uncomfortable scene for the viewing. When in the room (which was at that point occupied) he started opening cupboards and draws, which I thought was very disrespectful to the individual currently living there. Regardless of the unprofessionalism the room was good so I was happy to take it still. He told me that I needed to send him a picture of my passport. I explained my passport is a three-four hour drive away so I’ll need to head back on my first available weekend to retrieve it. He assured me it would be fine as he knows I wanted the room. He then ended the viewing in the property and left, leaving me standing in a hall way of someone’s house. Which was extremely unprofessional as I only knew 2/6 housemates and they were both out at the time and I could realistically be anyone and could do all sorts, Jack the agent had met me 5 minutes ago. I made a quick exit when Jack had left as he made me feel uncomfortable.

I then went home on the earliest weekend, collected my details and sent them in. I then had a response from a different member of staff saying that the room had been taken, even though I had been assured it would not. I sent an email explaining, that I’d felt let down as I’d driven a 7.5 hour round trip to retrieve all the information required and I didn’t even get a response. I expressed how disappointed I was so at the least I expected an email to say that they were sorry for the miscommunication and would look into where it went wrong. I got nothing sadly. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but the negligence to the situation urged me to.

The viewing itself with the first employee and the discussion I’d had with the second employee was diabolical. I would never have this company manage my property or rent a room from them. There was a huge lack of respect to the tenants by opening their cupboards and leaving me in the house alone. Disastrous

Professional from start to finish. Been with Peak for a long time and wouldn`t want to go anywhere else. Always ready to help. Walked in this morning, had a viewing arranged so fast always polite, just like going home and seeing your family.

I have rented for many years and this letting agent is the most un professional one I have used to date.
- do not resolve faults logged at the property, mine was outstanding for 7 months.
- will quote you for a higher amount to pay for fees until questioned, then they back track.
- stath lets flats are more professional this place.
Good luck to anyone who is and will be renting via this company.

** Extremely pleased ** Peak Properties are very professional and work efficiently as a team from Managers to admin staff etc. They respond very quickly to questions and look after our properties from our point of view and also on behalf of the tenants, which I am sure is a balancing act.
They are on the ball for finding new tenants, the process of vetting them seems seamless and speedy, which you need to ensure a quick turn around.
We use the looked after service which has made our lives so much more relaxed knowing they have their professional contacts for quick reliable repairs when needed. We highly recommend Peak Properties which we have used now for about 3 years.
