I've had nothing but support and quick responses from Stones. They took over the management of the properties owned by my landlord midway through my tenancy, owing to the previous agency going bust, and they made the transition seamless. I was kept informed of the changes, and it was easy to keep on top of bills (which were issued reliably each quarter, unlike those from the previous agency, which were haphazard at best). I've now ended my tenancy at the property, and there was no issue with me delivering my 30 days' notice to leave the property. The deposit was issued back to me two days after the end of the tenancy agreement, and communication remained swift and reliable throughout. I'd have no issues going back to a property managed by Stones Residential in the future.

I used Stones Residential to rent my first flat in London. Ricky Stone and his team were nothing short of brilliant. I cant say the process could be improved at all, they made every step super easy and understandable. The agent I spoke to (Sara Cane) was rude and unprofessional. I was rushed round the viewing whilst she interrupted my questions to answer her phone without acknowledging me. Unfortunately the rental market is so hot that these agents don’t need to care about you as there are hundreds more people waiting.
