I recently worked with Sarah and the team at Castle Hill and was very happy with the service. They helped me find a flat in Battersea on short notice and were responsive to my questions, etc. during the negotiation and signing process. They also kept me up to date throughout the process. Would recommend!

I dealt with Sarah, who was just wonderful: Very pleasant, nice and professional. At no point did I feel pressured about the property, which I generally prefer (if someone pushes me to take the place during my viewing, I will always say no). So for her 5/5 stars!

My only negative about Castle Hill is that previously a viewing that had been arranged got cancelled less than 24h before I was due to see it, without any explanation. When I tried to contact them, no one would answer and also afterwards no one ever got back to me regarding my enquiry, but just ignored me.

Castle Hill helped me find such a good studio, and when I checked in, it gave me a check-in gift very intimately.
