Had a bad experience dealing with this estate agent. Viveca was dealing with house purchase last year. She misguided us and wasted our time. Not honest and trust worthy. Wont recommend!

Mr Theepanrajah Rajasekaran, is a very unprofessional, unloyal and a crook of a director, never do business with this company,as my experience with him as a landlord was a nightmare, as he never registered my deposit, constantly made promises he couldn’t keep, and the rent was never payed on time,Not once. He closed his company without giving any notice also.

Outstanding is the only word I can use with regards to my experience. From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been truly a joy. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you as well as their clients who have properties to sell, their professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion. Big thanks to Sachin, Nehal, Viveca and teams.

Illegal trespassing!

I had gone to my home country in mid-September 2021. Estate agent asked me over phone what date will I be back, which I found strange. When I came back I found that multiple furniture in my home were moved around( supposedly to inspect any damage to the walls behind them).I was very upset as I had never refused entry but they still entered my home in my absence without asking for permission. This is not just unprofessional but illegal.

I came to do work experience here and was impressed by the professionalism of the way this estate agency operates, each agent has a designated duties and performs them with efficiency.

I was given the opportunity to work with PropertyHubs social marketing team, I created sponsors for Sudbury Golf club and property advertisement for the estate agency which I am proud to say are on social media and on the outdoor screen outside the main agency in Wembley.

It was challenging at first to grasp the responsibilities of being an estate agent trainee and I had to rely on myself some days, would've been helpful to have a pre-plan for my WE week.
