I recently let my property with GILLCOURT and the service was outstanding, The team was excellent, from finding a tenant to answering all our enquiries! Frank Gill was particularly excellent, he found us great tenants, was professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. He also went back several times with both the tenants and myself to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely recommend GILLCOURT to family and friends.

When Frank of GILLCOURT properties contacted me and offered to help rent out my property, my first thought was... here we go again! And you know... I equally wanted to save the fee so i said to him thank you but no. But after losing 2 months rental income plus the stress involved especially from the time wasters, I went back to Frank and signed with him. I'm so glad I did, he was so professional but friendly. Gillcourt property is an outstanding estate agency; they were simply amazing during the sale of my property - very quick, effective and honest. In fact, they intensely negotiated on my behalf and in the end achieved a very good price which was more than I expected. To be honest when I first met Frank although he explained the whole process including his action plans, I remember saying to myself well they all say that…, don’t they? But eventually I signed his Terms of business and he got started, boy… he just kept going. His professionalism and friendly services were second to none. He was always there for us every step of the way - the feedbacks, update and recommendations were awesome. Just what you will expect from an estate agent - but we don’t always get them. Do we?
