Barely ever do repairs unless there absolutely essential, let themselves into your property even if you don't want them to, they don't take into consideration any benefits you have for payments and will not let you out of a contract until you pay it up or get someone to take over the contract no matter what your situation! They are rude to deal with and have caused us around 800 in debt so far, if I could give them a minus rating I would.

I have lived in Calder Rise for a few month and I absoulouty love it. It's clean and tidy and the noise is minimal. The staff are friendly and always have time for a chat. Rarely have any concerns but when I have they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Definately would recommend.

Dont ever use, they never do any repairs while your their tennant, but they quickly want your rent and under contract with them you cant move out until they find another tennant to move in, talk about under house arrest

Took forever and non-stop emails and phone calls to get them to pay back the deposit, and when they did it wasn't even the full amount. Also avoid any of the flats at Library Street in Wigan. The building's infested with mold which made me ill, and the clubs nearby will keep you awake all night on the weekends.

Although I haven't personally found a property from this agents I have made numerous enquiries about advertised homes for rent , Every time I have always received a polite , courteous manner , professional and very responsive!

Avoid at all costs! Customer service are rude and very unpleasant to speak to. They never return calls even when its urgent. If you want Repairs it will take months and months of chasing to get things moving. Even then they will send the cheapest most useless builders you have ever seen and do the bare minimum.

It does not seem this agency has changed much based on the negative historic reviews, I'm suprised how they have managed to stay afloat with the 'service' they provide. We reported some significant issues with a property that needed repairs months ago - not a whiff of care or a response. There are many other better companies out there.. probably most
