Sab Property

In my experience Saint Andrews Bureau are a superb property management company. They have managed my residential property in Cambridge for the last 19 years and when I bought a second property 3 years ago I placed it with them too. The service is exceptional and all the staff (in particular, Claire Baron) are excellent. They do a great job for me as the landlord and my tenants love them too. In the past I have dealt with other property management companies and they don't hold a candle to SAB. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are a landlord.

I was a tenant in a SAB property in Cambridge for two years. I was mostly happy with their services. They sometimes made mistakes on the administrative side (forms etc.), especially at the beginning (viewing and applying), but it was always possible to clear them up quickly. Enquiries and repairs to the property were always dealt with promptly, and giving back the property at the end was easy, with the deposit being returned within 10 days. I'm happy to recommend this company to tenants - just make sure you keep copies of forms and agreements close to hand to spot mistakes if they happen.

Staff of SAB Cambridge Office were good because they handled my enquiry very quickly when my family rent an apartment last year, and I was given assistance and advice throughout the whole process. Very happy with their services.

Stole £300 of my money refusing to give my holding deposit rightfully back. Forcing me through their incredibly slow complaint procedure.

Worst experience ever with such agency. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent anything with such people. We rented a house, we had so many problems with one person, Antonio Berruezo, police was also involved at all times. Previously many tenants had to also leave because of this person. Agency didn’t do anything about it. They never took care of our safety or any good condition at all for us to be living in a ok place but just asking for rent at the end of each month. They just care about ripping you out. Worst experience of my entire life. Had to leave property two months in advance but still paying for it. They didn’t care but sending me emails all day asking for money. Such a disgrace.

I have had a wonderful experience with the SAB team so far! They were very helpful and understanding during a move in date miscommunication, in which the team (mainly Mr. Thorburn) came up with simple and time manageable solutions to fix the problem. They are extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, working diligently to provide me with solutions to my problems. All in all, a great process! I highly recommend them!!

I have been a tenant for last three years at a property managed by SAB. Connor Jackson is my property manager. He alongside SABs support team has been an incredible support. Their response time was almost immediate especially in couple of emergencies including plumbing & gas issues. Very approachable & transparent in the dealings. Have thoroughly enjoyed their support.
