Excellent service from start to finish as a tenant. Very pleasant surprise after hearing many horror stories about lettings agents from friends. Check-out very straightforward, team very responsive to any maintenance issues, honest and transparent throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to rent through Acorn again in future.

She has looked after my property for just over a year now and has provided an exceptional level of service, she has always been quick to respond, ensuring any issues which have arisen are dealt with promptly.
