I chose to use Smith & Co because of their care, honesty and reliability - I couldn't recommend them enough! Each member of staff I have spoken to are so informative and prompt with their replies. There are tough decisions to make as a Landlord especially when it's your first house, but I have felt supported throughout and have no worries about contacting them to guide me in the right direction.
