Having sold properties in the past, my current house for sale, Wards of Dover have been helpful, efficient and honest throughout. The dedication Gregory and his team, has been such a hassle free experience. Would happily recommend them.

Arranged to view a property in Snowdown with wards on Saturday the estate agent did not show! was told it was in the diary but not confirmed? The man on the phone was very polite.

I later received a phone call from a lady at wards who was not polite and clearly had no customer service skills. She basically blamed the whole incident on me, how I didn’t have time to talk in the week and didn’t answer the phone ? (I am a nurse so I can’t answer my phone while I’m working) I have had so many phone calls from estate agents I can’t remember who is who.

I originally called wards asking to view the property at 11 and was told yes that was fine, was not emailed or text any different. Other estate agents I have called to book a viewing with have said yes and have shown up.

I’m pretty appalled by the wards women she should have apologised and fitted me in with another viewing, sadly this was not offered to me! I would have been understanding if this was the case as mistakes do happen. I would still like to view the property but the whole experience has put me off ringing wards back !

I cannot fault Wards in Dover. I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years and Wards in Dover have by far been one of the best. Really good communication. Very prompt with responses. Very friendly service all round. The mortgage advisor they recommend is also great and highly recommended.

Wards made the process of buying my first home easy. They supplied all advice and guidance needed. Once we had our offer accepted we were allocated Jodi Wyncoll as our sales progressor. Jack worked efficiently, effectively and professionally. He returned all my calls and emails promptly. From the start to finish, I was in my new home in 5 weeks. Recently went through initiall stages of process of selling my house but in the end I did not sell due to change of circumstances.
But experience I had with Wards in Dover was absolutely great. Clear communication, prompt responses to my emails or calls. Definitely biggest shout out would be to surveyor Oliver. Really great guy, super clear, super informative and he has great sense of humour as well. When I decide to sell my house in a future then I definitely coming back to them.

Although we did not sell our house with Wards, We were thoroughly impressed with JODI WYNCOLL (their Sales Progress-or)... She worked so very hard to make sure the transaction went through, when at times it looked dead in the water... I can honestly say, if it was not for her, the transaction would have failed.
