I must say I've had the greatest experience with this letting agency ever. The whole renting process went unbelievably smooth with no hassle no stress. They genuinely help you that suits to your needs. There are professionals and people's persons work in there. They really do care about new and existing clients. Also Big Thanks to Cem Fat very charming, amusing whilst keeping standards of professionalism without him we wouldn't have lived in this astonishing apartment.

Admittedly, there were some issues in terms of deep cleaning, remedying wear & tear and a moth infested carpet — all of which should’ve been taken care of before move-in. But, seems these were a hangover from previous tenant and the landlord wasn’t prepared to resolve after the agency raised it, so not HSC’s fault (and hopefully not a sign of things to come).

We bought our flat a few years ago with Hurford Salvi Carr, and when we decided to sell it this spring 2022, we wanted to go with the best provider. Initially I thought that big U.K. wide known Real Estate agents would be best, based on their reach, but when i discussed it with one of them in greater detail (their initials are KF I leave it to you to guess) they said the price we are looking to achieve is not possible, and we are better off to hold on to it, as they won’t be able to find a buyer or we need to go much lower in price. We were quite disappointed as we assumed a bigger agent will have more buyers in their book. Our apartment has very high speck and magnificent unrivalled river views. We then asked HSC for their views about the market and Sebastian Sookermany said it is very much possible to achieve our asking price it will just require more work on his side. And he took us through other examples where he was able to close deals that did not seem achievable. He took us in detail through what tools he would employ to give us great visibility, and was handling the matter with great professionalism. And here we are! We started in Spring and completed our sale in November 2022. Credit - where credit is due - Sebastian was absolutely magnificent at his job and deserves a massive recognition for his work. He kept us abreast, he made an effort and all around we felt to be in best hands and would definitely recommend Sebastian and his team again. When he was on holidays Sebastian ensured he had a solid replacement and generally was never shy of answering any questions in out of office hours. Kudos to you Sebastian for a wonderful job!
