I have recently used Jacob Steel in Goring by Sea to sell a garage. In terms of service, I would give them a five star review. Not only did they find a buyer within 24 hours, but their Communication was outstanding. Sadly, the reason why only a three star review is, because the buyer used a solicitor that they recommended. The solicitor was so terrible they caused the sale to take much longer than it ever needed to take to be completed. By the very end, the solicitor didn't answer any emails or phone calls from our solicitor, estate agent or even their own client. It took a rather nasty email from the estate agent for them to start communicating back to any party.

Update: 18/01/23 I have upgraded the review from 3 stars to 4 star, as the estate agent asked us to re-judge our prior star review.

Jacobs Steel were absolutely amazing in helping us secure our first home, from the viewing throughout the entire process. My main point of contact, Charlie was friendly and happy to help, no matter how many questions I had (and there were a lot!)

Lucy, Amy and the team at Jacobs Steel were fantastic throughout the whole process. Moving house is highly stressful, but the team at Jacobs kept us going and were always helpful in sorting anything out for us in a quick and friendly manner.
