We have dealt with Sonny of Hampton-Heath, on several occasions and he is without doubt the most charmingly focussed and organised lettings agent we have ever met. He has let 2 properties for us in recent years. The tenants in the first let are still with us over 5 years later. The tenants in the second let have just moved in.
