James’ valuation was honest and fair, but I felt like my opinions and concerns were being listened to. Viewing management was efficient and well communicated. Once a sale has been agreed Shelley kicked in! Her role in sales progression proved to be critical and her brilliant communication with all parties up and down the chain was invaluable. She has been patient (she needed to be!), honest and genuinely caring throughout.
