I chose to use Osbornes to support local firms and I am so glad I did. Both Robert Coleman and Steve Carne were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. What was most refreshing was the personable approach, I felt I was always a priority despite them being super busy. The communication was first class throughout. I had Robert Colman come round to do a valuation on the property, he showed a real interest in the property and spent time getting to know what my plans are. He wasn't put off by the fact it is a shared ownership property so has a time dependency for how long it must be advertised by the housing association first. I would certainly recommend Robert and Osbornes, as an independent estate agents you can tell they care about their clients its not just a number on a long list of properties.

The sales manager, Robert Colman, handled the process from the start, doing the initial valuation and following through to the completion only a short time later
He has a very pleasant and friendly personality, is very professional, and secured an offer for our property at the full asking price within 10 days of it being put on the market.
At no time did we feel pressured or stressed during the whole process.
His colleague Stephen was equally helpful when on the odd occasion Robert was not immediately available.
Their charges were also extremely reasonable when compared to other agents we contacted.

Absolute first class service from Osbornes, buying and selling can be a stressful time but just sold two properties with them and both Stephen Carne & Robert Colman played a significant part in both communicating and coordinating between solicitors and all parties involved which helped immensely. Professional and respectful at all times and loved the way they presented our properties online and when viewings took place. We have also used their services for the rental sector too with Rachel Duffy which again was superb. Would highly recommend Osbornes and we certainly won't be using anyone else in the future!
