This is the first time I bought a flat in London. With the professional guidance and prompt assistance of Strawberry Star, it makes everything so smooth and easy. From managing the flat, referencing tenants to furnishing, they are very helpful and trustworthy indeed.

I would like to thank Lavinia for her great help in finding a flat for me and my boyfriend in less than 2 days - we were struggling to find one as modern as the one we are living in and she managed to find something that exceed our expectations. Dealing with her has been a pleasure and she gave us a lot of advice and did an amazing job. Strawberry Star is lucky to have her :)

Warm, friendly, and clearly an expert in her field, Lavinia was dependable and highly professional from the very beginning of our property search, helping us to navigate the market and find the right kind of flat for us. It is with deep sadness on our end that due to a sudden personal circumstance we were unable to move forward with our dream flat (which Lavinia tirelessly helped us to secure and negotiate to find the best solutions to any problems that arose).

I must admit that the Strawberry Star Royal Docks is the best agency that I have ever dealt with. They are very professional and genuinely care about their residents well-being and provide an excellent service in order to ensure their residents are satisfied.
I have dealt with Jack who is a senior negotiator and the property manager Valentino in the past on many occasions and they have always been very kind and ensured that my needs as a resident are met.

We had conversation with Jack Singh over phone and he made our life easy with video viewing to rent the property. He was patient to listen to our requirement and suggest us the best house that suits our needs. Though we had to cancel our initial house due to covid, Jack constantly checked our status and updated landlord. He also made sure we never lose anything due to this pandemic. We are very much satisfied by the service and will always recommend Jack Singh @ Strawberry star if anyone is looking for property to rent.

This is my first house rental ever in London, and such a hassle free movement I had. Strawberry star has its best professionals, and I would like to thank Lavinia for all her help provided during out flat visit till we are settled in the flat.. Kudos !!

Strawberry star is the agent of our flat. I am very satisfied of their services since day 1 we moved in. We had few damages in the flat and they fixed it straight after they were informed. Special credits to Valentina who is very responsive and supportive, as well as Marios at the reception of the Hoola building who is always available to provide assistance.

In general nice real estate agents but they represent very unpleasant landlords and do little to mediate things fairly as property managers. Watch out for your tenancy deposits in Hoola - they will try retain as much as they can. I never had a deposit retained and with Strawberry Star/ Spin Success Investments they tried to claim every single thing as not fair wear and tear.

Folks that work in the actual Hoola building are however lovely people!
