I have been with JLL for over 5 years during which I was assigned various property managers. I experienced JLL as a generally positive property agency. However, Ahmed ShahidAzizhas really stood out and has made a difference to me. Ahmed always responded to my inquiries extremely quickly. Me and my partner decided to look for a flat in London and recently found a property through JLL.

Our letting agent Eilis Moloney was taking care of everything. From scheduling a viewing, showing us the property, answering related questions and explaining the offering process. All of this in very professional and polite manner.

Our email correspondence with Eilis is always really swift and she keeps us updated of each step towards letting the property. So far we had only positive experience with JLL and hopefully it won’t change.

We haven’t moved in to the property yet, so we cannot comment on the actual move-in process, but I’ll keep this review updated once we do!

At a recent sales of the apartment, it took us only a week to reach a solid buyer. We recently have found a property to rent through JLL and Eilis has been absolutely amazing.
We have been looking for a property for over a year and have been in contact with multiple estate agents, none match up to Eilis service, she’s been such a breathe of fresh air and JLL is one of the best estate agents I’ve personally experienced.

My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first house using the services of JLL. Specifically, we coordinated with the estate agent Michael Chu who from start to finish, from booking the viewing to contract exchange, was extremely helpful. He gave us valuable advice, he made himself very accessible be it directly via WhatsApp, calls, or emails, and he was always very quick with his responses to our queries, and as first-time buyers you can imagine we had a lot of them.

In addition to making himself easily accessible, simple things such as informing my partner and I when he will be away, and who will be covering in his absence went a long way in putting our minds at ease that we were in safe hands with the transaction.
