This has been one of the best and easiest house move processes I have been through. Things were complicated to begin with as I live in Canada and I am 7hrs behind the UK here, but this made no difference to the quality of the sale and the extremely fast response times, not to mention the extra mile these guys often went to on my behalf. From beginning to end, Stuart at Grants Addlestone branch kept in great contact and went above and beyond to help with our sale. We always had plenty of notice before anyone came for a viewing. And when we did sell our house, gave great advice and even helped with our paperwork as unfortunately we had a not so great solicitor. We were always in the loop as to what was going on and date of when it would all be finalised (which is was) considering this was all over Christmas, New Year it all still finalised as planned.
