We've just bought a house through Quarters and they have been absolutely brilliant. From showing us around the property they were lovely and not pushy at all (unlike most Estate Agents!) and considering we were the buyers so their loyalty wasn't towards us, they communicated brilliantly and kept on top of liaising with Solicitors and really helped to get the exchange completed as soon as was possible. All the team were aware of our purchase so we didn't need to explain anything every time we rung and Emma ensured everything went smoothly. We really wished we'd used Quarters to sell our house and would thoroughly recommend them; easily the best Estate Agent in Leighton Buzzard

I have recently sold my flat through quarters. I could not recommend them more, everyone I met was really lovely. They made me feel at ease, and helped with any questions as it was my first time selling a property. I recently completed a house purchase and found that the team at Quarters demonstrated excellent practices throughout the process, with open and accurate information.
They were diligent in pursuing other parties and liaising with solicitors at necessary points when requested.
I appreciated how helpful they showed themselves to be from the point of my making the offer(s) to the sellers, right through to organising the more mundane matters of follow-up visits and even helping to coordinate some minor checks on some room space measurements, and they kept me informed well on the completion day itself with regards to getting the keys and timings.
Overall I found that Quarters were really professional and a team I felt throughout the journey that I could trust; they were alert to the best interests of both their seller & myself as the buyer, and the entire process largely went really smoothly. If in years to come I choose to sell my home, from the experience I had I would say that Quarters have earned the position of being the local selling agent that I'd talk to first.
