Just sold our house with Oliver Rayns 6 days ago. Within 10 days we had lots of viewings. The agency works so hard to put your house on the market. House selling is something else but staff at Oliver Rayns made life a lot easier. Especially Charlotte, she’s so professional, always on time, shows up with lots of smiles, polite and treats the house with so much dignity. She’s particular about ensuring that the viewers , including herself keeps the house tidy and remove foot wear whenever necessary. She also ensures everyone has left the property and surrounding areas before she leaves. I would give her 10 stars . Elizabeth from the post sales team is also brilliant. She also went above and beyond to give update every step of the way and even pushed the solicitors a lil to speed up the process. Thank you all at Oliver Rayns! We are now enjoying our new home.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Everyone was highly professional, Oliver clearly explained their offer, and came up with a realistic price. Fab photos of the house made for a very attractive presentation. Jasmin and Charlotte saw us through some very difficult experiences, with their calm persistence. Later, when we had agreed the sale, Brogan, and Elizabeth in particular, supported us and kept us right up to date with the progression including contract exchange and completion.

Where most estate agents nowadays don’t even show up to viewings, Mr. North arrived early with printed documents to share on the property in addition to his business card and took us through the property in question with professionalism and eloquence. He was able to answer every question we could think of and even thoroughly detailed the process should we move forward and assured us he would support from end to end.
