I found my experience with Graeme Warren and the rest of the team at Savills Rickmansworth to be extremely pleasant and smooth sailing almost removing any of the hassle one would expect to find when selling a house.

This was even more impressive given we live outside the UK and they were very helpful in managing many elements for us that would have made our life difficult without physically being present.

We have just exchanged on our house after a long and very difficult period in which we seemed to run up against everything that could become an obstacle, including a buyer pulling out on exchange day and some very dubious behaviour from solicitors, who seemed determined to make the sale impossible. Throughout, we received superb support from Savills, especially from Sue Trybus, who kept everyone calm and negotiated all the twists and turns with great professionalism. Without this, we may well have withdrawn from the market and stayed where we are. If you are selling within their area, I cannot recommend Savills of Rickmansworth too highly.

I recently bought a house with the agent being Savills. Sue from Savills was an absolute pleasure to work with. She coordinated well with the solicitors and made sure things moved quickly but in a professional manner. She helped push things along on our behalf which helped relieve our stress. From the offset, Sue was super efficient with getting our viewing booked in and has been extremely diligent with all matters in relation to our purchase. Sue eliminated a lot of stress by pushing matters herself and making sure certain things got done on time. Particularly as we are unable to control much in this process.

Sue Trybus in particular is an outstanding human being - she goes beyond what you would expect of an estate agent, working whatever hours are required and be there to give advice even when she has nothing to gain. She is always at the end of a phone, even when ill! She has her client’s best interests at heart and has the highest level of integrity I have ever seen. I cannot recommend Sue and Savills Rickmansworth enough - I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else.
