We bought our 1st home through them 11 years ago and sold it through them on the 1st viewing this year. Warren has excellent knowledge of the area and will always price the property realistically and fairly - this is what guarantees quick and secure transaction. They are not the agents who will promise unrealistic price just to get you signed up with them and a week later will be advising on the price reduction, it’s not how it works with them. They work hard to qualify their buyers and do their best to achieve the best price possible for both the client and the buyer!
I also bought an investment property through Warren last year and the experience again was great!
Being an estate agent myself, I can confidently say these guys are doing a brilliant jobs and are the best in the area! I will not hesitate to recommend them or deal with them again in the future! Great work!

The heater of the flat that we rent was out of order and they didn't response until serval email that we sent them (Toke 2 months). The intercom system is not working, and they didn't response it at all. (It stated it is ok in the contract)
The worst part is after we end the contract, they didn't refund the deposit until 2.5 month after we left the property. (The contract stated it shall be within 30 days)
And their agent was no reliable as well, we agreed a time to return the key and their office is closed without notify us.
I hope they can improve their service in future.
I did sell the house later with a different agent and the experience was vastly different as we felt the other agent was there for us with regular updates, chasing, explaining being empathic and supportive.
I think sellers like me make little distinction between a "marketing agent" and an "estate agent" most of us expect more than finding a buyer (which in a market with limited supply (as it was when you acted for us) is the easiest thing ever).
And Danny when a seller tells you they feel let down you do not have to agree but a professional response is something along the lines of "I am sorry you are feeling that way but you should consider..." and not making a scene and showing how offended you are (because you did answer an e-mail out-of-hours) and if I ask you to take down the sign, and you send someone to do it without even giving one a common decency of responding to an e-mail because they terminated the contract is just childish....
You have a lot of good qualities, you are decisive and you are a good salesman. I am giving you feedback not because I am revengeful but because I want you to acknowledge what the expectations of sellers are. I know we were unlucky and have we sold the house the review would have been different but it is when things go bad your attitude matters.
I know you work hard, and everyone makes mistake, next time just try to be more empathic...
And to potential clients. Do not take it as a strong recommendation to either use or not use this business, but I suggest you clarify ahead of time what your expectations are...
