My 17-year-old son and I had to move from Yeovil to Taunton. We started looking for a suitable home from the beginning of January 2022. Unfortunately, most of the properly agencies ignored us and did not even respond to my emails. I submitted applications for different properties five times, but I was rejected. Desperate on March 22, I decided to go from agency to agency in person and talk to them face to face.
The fourth agency I came across was Eden May, greeted by a kind, sunny, and smiling woman (I later found out it was Jayne).
When I shared my problem with her, she replied that they have a suitable property, but unfortunately we do not cover 100% of the requirements of the landlord.
I left and headed for the next agency. After less than 5 minutes I received phone calls from Jayne, she told me that she had talked to the landlord and he agreed.
