Nicolsons

Started off well during our flat visits but went down hill after moving in the flat which was riddle with issues. Nicolsons were helpful at times to contact our landlord to arrange repairs with our dishwasher and washer/dryer.

On move in day, the flat was dirty, water mains not working, cowebs and insects on all window panels. Had to drive back to Birmingham with all my stuff in the car until a week or so later when the flat would be cleaned (still wasn't suitable when I arrived so when had to do a deep clean ourselves).

The flat we moved into had mould and damp which we were completely blamed for, despite continuously updates from us for months that something needed to be do to sort it out. The real issue was obviously due to the landlord did not appropriate providing appropriate ventilation throughout the flat. They took £160 off our deposit when we finally managed to save to move out of that place.

Nicolsons made it very clear that we were able to do a 6 months initial contract then move on to a rolling tenancy agreement. However, when they were take on by Globe Property Group they completed neglected this and forced us into a 6 month or 12 month contracts only.

Lee N from Globe Property Group was so rude in his email about the choice of words we used to support our points. Such a nob!

Selling your house is not just about getting the highest price in the quickest time. Even though we did sell within days of Nicolsons marketing our property. Plus they found us the perfect property for us to move into. We would highly recommend Nicolsons to anyone who is thinking of moving house. Sarah and Helen went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. They were professional but personal and always available , kept us up to date and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend Nicolsons.

Our second experience of buying and selling through Nicolson's and excellent again. Sarah and Helen couldn't have done more to make it as painless an experience as possible on both occasions. Snags were sorted out quickly and efficiently to keep the process on track. Nicolsons will be our first choice estate agent next time round.

I have been renting for years with Nicholsons, on the rare occasions I have had disrepairs problems ( two very minor problems in 6 years ) they are sorted straight away. I recently had a leak in my porch nothing serious but Nicholsons contacted the landlord who has completely replaced my windows and porch. Very friendly staff who will do their best to help with any problem.

Once again Nicholson’s Estate agents have done us proud. We sold our house in a month. Thank you to Sarah and team. Their efficiency and excellent communication skills make them consummate proffesionals. We have lived in Stafford for 40 years and moved 5 times. They are by far the best in Stafford.

We cannot fault this agent they have been courteous, helpful and efficient with getting repairs done if and when needed, I would recommend this agent if you are looking to rent a property. A massive thank you to Glynnis, Mark, Tam, Ginni and the rest of the team for everything over the past few years you've all been amazing.

Please beware that this letting agent before you deal.
They took £150 application as holding deposits and did not refund.
They are looking the reason to decline application and non refundable.
They are misleading and totally lying.
Now. I m taken this letting agent to court tp get my money back.
Please beware before you do business with agent.

Very disappointed. Not professional. Misunderstandings and big communication gap. Will never recommend to anyone or ever use myself again. While our offer was happily accepted by the sellers. They came to me to say they have accepted another offer would not accept an increased offer from us and wouldnt even gibe us a reason why? Only apologise which actually doesnt do anything
