She was always easily contactable, always polite and professional, gave fantastic advice in respect of our onward searches and made an otherwise stressful process all the better for her input. Brochure production and viewing arrangements were all very satisfactory, as was the handling of the various offers. There were some delays at the end of the process, caused by actions further down the chain but this situation was handled very well by Amy. Highly Recommended!
