Excellent service from the whole team. Not only did they market our house well, they had prospective buyers through the door quickly and communication was excellent. We unfortunately lost a couple of sales due to time wasters but they were straight back on the case, arranging viewings and securing another sale quickly. They even dealt with my daily panics, making me feel reassured and following up with any concerns I had 🥰. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!

January 2022 we finally moved into our dream Devon home. From start to finish the whole process took 7 weeks. The team at Welden & Edwards highly recommended. They kindly gave us a gift and card for our new home

Seems to be an ongoing issue with an inadequate team at Welden and Edwards.
You request your deposit and they ignore your emails, calls end with false promises. Terrible company who do not look after their Tennant's.
Disappointed and would never recommend them.
1 star is too much. Terrible letting company.

The whole team at Welden Edwards were fantastic from start to finish. Always on the ball and going above and beyond on multiple occasions! Could not have had a better experience with an estate agent as a first time buyer :)

Honest review coming about this Estate agent on Reddit (link soon). The worst people I have ever had to deal with in my life. Last winter I was left 7 months with no hot water. One fire alarm never worked and neither did the C02 alarm for a year and a half. I have suffered terribly with my mental health and had to get my social worker to deal with the staff here because they treated me and spoke to me worse then a dog.

I wouldn’t have written this and left it but I’ve waited over a week for my deposit back. And they are just not bothered about that either. AND NO I WONT CHANGE THIS REVIEW AGAIN FOR YOU WELDEN AND EDWARDS. Had too many chances.

10 odd people sat about doing nothing in an office all day. Absolute joke.

For your own sake never rent with these heartless people. You don’t want to have to go what I went though.

House was left with no carbon monoxide detector (which is illegal) and no hot water. Even after numerous complaints the issue was not dealt with. Various other repairs were either dismissed or ignored. I feel that it is unfair to expect someone to live in such conditions when they are paying good money to live there.
