Keystone provided an excellent service handling my property sale. Their marketing strategy was really effective and ensured that the property sold within a week of going on the market and that the best price was secured from a reliable purchaser. They were prompt, helpful, friendly and reliable to deal with, always returned calls, and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't praise them highly enough.

We have just recently bought our first house through Keystone and we could not be happier with the whole process. From viewing to completion, we always felt supported and completely up to date with what was going on.

Brad and Olivia helped us with the mortgage process and again, we only have great things to say. As well as helping us find our mortgage, they were both always happy to answer our many questions, and we feel we have learned a lot because of them.

We also got given access to a tracking platform at the beginning of the process which helped us keep up to date with what was going on from both sides which we found really useful.

I cannot recommend Keystone highly enough. From my first meeting with Ben to the completion of the sale of our house everyone we dealt with were professional, friendly, listened and always followed up on our requests. Over the 40 years I have bought and sold a few houses and Keystone are without doubt the best agents I have dealt with.

We chose to appoint Keystone due to their local knowledge and approachable style. We were selling two houses and buying one so we thought this would be a difficult job to navigate ourselves. Ben assured us that this was something that was very doable and arranged for multiple viewings of both properties on the same Saturday - by Monday we both had offers on the table.
We decided to purchase a property that was advertised with Keystone, from this point Jill and the team kept us up to date with the sales and purchase of all 3 properties - all the deals were done within 9 weeks.
Things got a little complicated in the last week but Jill and the team liaised with vendors and solicitors to ensure completions we’re done to everyone’s satisfaction.
