DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN. No repairs were done throughout the entirety of my tenancy, he was made aware of issues within the flat when I first got keys to the property. I am now having difficulty getting my deposit back (or any information regarding getting it back) as he ignores all emails that I have sent him.

We put an offer on a house, turned into a bidding war. I believe in honour, he openly told me there is no honour. His job is to look after the seller and the buyer, i don’t believe he did that.the property was valued by 2 RICS surveyors at despite this the Estate agent questioned their knowledge of the market.From start to finish I found this estate agent lacked professionalism and integrity ,
