Excellent service from the valuation to sales. All the staff were Professional and Polite.
The overall performance was second to non, i was always updated with viewing times.
Special shout out to Katie, she was a diamond, very friendly and chatty. She carried out the viewings and was at the house for 6 hours showing buyers around. Nothing was too much for her.

Shocking agent ( the Whitchurch one ) NEVER answer their branch phone, both times I had to call the other office to leave a message to get them to contact me - both for arranging a viewing and to get follow up calls from my offers.
Of which I made 2 offers. A neither of were followed up with calls or even confirmation emails of receipt or offer put forward to seller.
