After using other lettings agents in the past whose service left a lot to be desired, we were thoroughly impressed with PA (Phoebe, Bethan, Chloe and Nicholas). They found 2 sets of tenants in a matter of days and kept us posted with progress throughout the take on process. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cerys and co. were absolutely wonderful, very helpful and an absolute asset to your business, they clearly went the extra mile for us to try and help me and my partner out of a difficult living situation. In the end the issue resolved itself at our end, which was no fault of the team at PeterAlan, but both me and my partner would like to extend our gratitude to you guys for how quickly you jumped into action on our behalf. I went to this branch as I was looking for a company to manage my house. From day 1, Phoebe has been outstanding. She has listened to everything I’ve had to say, offered advice and helped me through every step of the way as I am a complete newcomer to the world of renting, having only been placed in this position due to some unfortunate circumstances.

The communication has been excellent via email and when I’ve been in the branch seeing Phoebe in person, I’ve been made to feel very welcomed. Phoebe is very warm and approachable and goes out of her way to help. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her as my contact within the company and can’t fault her on anything. She is amazing at what she does and is a credit to the company. Thank you!
