I'd like to thank the staff at Belvoir for a very professional level of customer service, way above and beyond the standard that could normally be expected.

I was in the position of having to find a rental property at short notice, and arrived in the Belvoir office very late on a Friday afternoon. The very patient staff helped to squeeze in a viewing the following day; within two hours of the viewing, terms and conditions were signed and initial deposit paid.

I have rented with several agencies across Swansea and always assumed that the high demand for rented accommodation meant that renters just had to put up with a second rate service.

But this isn't the case. Belvoir is an outstanding, professional agency that cares about its clients, renters and landlords. Nothing was too much trouble and I was provided with all the required information (EPC, Gas Safety e.t.c) without hinderance.

My experience with Belvior was on the whole easy enough and the staff are very polite, but i have given 3 stars as they are so hard to contact and do not reply to emails. The phone number always goes to answerphone and they take a long time to get back to you if at all. Could definitely improve on the customer service side of things.
