Had a really lovely day .Mostly good feed back .As it was our first time here we could have done with a guide to show us where we could find everything . We weren't the only ones who found this . Must say we arrived a little late due to traffic from Cardiff . Lady at reception was a little abrupt because of this . The other staff we came across were lovely especially the lady that carried out my treatments . Facilities were fab especially the out door pool . Service has good in the restaurant but food a little disappointing . Will definitely go again !!

Poor customer service when it comes to viewing. Not allowed to view if not in a proceedable position. Not everyone including their clients will be so. Very much the same as properties in a chain where that can breakdown. Other agents allow viewing. Wouldn't do business with Hathaways poor service, dreadful website!!

Hathways in Cwmbran recently handled the sale of our family home. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and understanding. She valued our house accurately (aligned to other estate agents that pitched) and offered us very competitive fees. Best of all our house sold in a matter of days. Although there were a couple of times that the after sales care/communication was not as good as I expected the sale proceeded without a hitch and we would definitely use them again.
