Our contact at Swift for our house purchase was Ben Hutchison. At all times was he friendly, professional, and very prompt with his responses. Sometimes our purchase was inordinately slow but without Ben’s chasing for actions, it would have been a lot worse. Highly recommended.

From the first contact with Ben we got nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. We live a long way away from the area and Ben was always willing to fit in with our travel arrangements, letting us into the house many times. He also arranged access for surveyor and inspection visits. Ben seems to know everyone who can do anything and even after we bought the house we feel we can ask him for help. We feel that this company was interested in selling us a home rather than just a house. Finally getting the keys was joyous and the staff even welcomed our dog!

Recently used Swift to manage my property that has been rented out. From the word go Ben kept in contact with me and explained each process to me which he explained to me in a way that I was able to understand easily. He was very professional and responsive with all aspects of correspondence. Will certainly be recommending swift to my family and friends and will continue to use swift myself to manage my rental properties.

We have rented from Swift since May 2019. We have rented two properties from them and both were high quality and lovely homes. If we ever had any problems we contacted Swift and they arranged someone to sort it straight away.
They are very professional and will do everything in their power to make sure we are supported and that whilst they are there to support and work with their landlords they also assist and work with us as the tenants so we feel comfortable in our own homes.
We are sad to leave Carmarthen and Swift, as we wanted to live in the last house we rented from them on a long term basis, however work commitments were taking too much of a toll when it came to travelling.
I want to also add that Megan and Lydia are two of the best individuals working in Swift and they really did make our experience that much better.

We've been renting through Swift Relocations for the past 5 years and recently had to move as our landlord was selling the property. The help we received from Ben and the staff at Swift was not only professional , but felt that they actually cared about our situation and assisted us at every point in the process of us moving us into our new home. We continue to rent through Swift Relocations and would highly recommend. Thank you

Do not reply to enquires at the moment which is v annoying. The staff were friendly a couple of years ago when I was looking for a rental, however due to my circumstances never managed to secure me a property. Single mum with a child and a cat even though I work and have references and guarantor if needed, also willing to pay higher bond. They never actively tried helping me find the right property.

Have just rented through Swift, and everything has gone smoothly, barring a few incidents with emails from them not sending (but that was an IT issue, not a Customer Service issue). Everyone's been professional and friendly so far, so will update this review as the year goes on!
