We were completely soaked on this rainy day and Harry took care of us and gave us a lift all the way to Cardiff .
I would definately recommend Diamond Estates to anyone as they are looking after their customers !
On the off chance I called Friday to check if there was an opportunity to see another house at the same time. Was told that there was no booking in their system for Friday but a potential for Saturday.
Found this extremely frustrating as had booked a half day off work for this viewing but the lady on the phone was very apologetic and said would get all viewings sorted for a time that suited me on Monday so all was forgiven and understand sometimes mistakes are made.
Monday lunchtime has come around and had no communication from them. When I have called the office to check I have been told that only one viewing has been booked in and at a time that is difficult for me. No explanation or apology.
We are first time buyers who are ready to buy after a previous sale has fallen through and had the potential to buy one of the three houses advertised in the area but obviously not important enough. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.
After looking back on right move I could see the property I was interested in was suddenly listed by Parkmans so I got in touch with them and they were super helpful!! They answered the phone straight away, answered all my questions in less that 5 minutes and didn’t waste my time.
Turns out the sale of the property was taken over by Parkmans 4 months earlier and they had sold it until the sale fell through and they reposted the listing. She told me Diamonds did not have the right to sell the property, their add should have been removed in October and she simply couldn’t believe that Harry had lead me on.
I’m still unsure why Harry felt the need to waste my time and get my hopes up on a property that he couldn’t even sell me but it seems as though he was trying to withhold Parkmans from selling the flat. Either way, I was mislead and it’s extremely disappointing.
Was text half an an hour before viewing appointment, to be informed the property was sold.
Clearly something going on regarding who bids on the property, as I had called twice previously to arrange a viewing but had no call back.
Most definitely the worst estate agent experience I've ever come across.
