Day light criminals, If I could rate no star I would!

We received an email two weeks after handing our keys in to tell us that the house needs sanitising and a full clean for a french bulldog (which we never had) they charging us for this and things such as window cleaning and maintenance of the garden but In the same breath are trying to charge us for the emptying of our garden waste bin due to our fresh garden maintenance.
We freshly painted the house before handing the keys back and deep cleaned the house. We took pictures before leaving!
We were handed over to this company after handing in our notice. They lost our notice and told us that we have never formulated a written notice, thus making us pay till the end of the lease (an extra month)
Attached you will find pictures of the house they say is inhabitable and the garden which they say is in need of a full over haul!

Me and my partner viewed 3 properties with this agency within the past 6 weeks which was a good overall experience, applied for 1 and wanted to view 1 more. We do have a small dog and stated this before viewing any properties.

When we applied for the one we liked, we did it on the phone since they had all our details already, nice and easy. However, they failed to inform us that we weren't successful, which we had to chase up multiple times since I couldn't get a response other then, "we can ring you back" (never did). We weren't successful due to our moving timeline, which is fine.
The property that we wanted to view, when I spoke to the agency about it, they said because of the volume of interest, we couldn't view it, (the property is still listed and with no tenant in), Which was an unpleasant experience on the phone. We have good references and have documents from our current agency stating how "clean, tidy, and overall outstanding" tenants we are.
Unfortunately our experience with this agency has been fraught with a distinct lack of effective communication that suggests a slight discrimination towards prospective tenants that have pets. Given the properties we were interested in considered pets, being told by a member of the team that we couldn't view a property purely based on this apparently mitigating factor shows either an issue with uploading honest listings on Rightmove or an internal policy to downplay any tenants with pets.

At the beginning of March I asked Your Move to value my property with a view to selling. From Adams first visit it was clear I had made a good choice. From valuation through creation of the virtual tour and brochure it was professionally handled and executed. One month later I have accepted an offer on my property! I am absolutely delighted with their performance and the courtesy shown to me. Great job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs!! Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had, and not just with estate agents. There is almost no communication and they constantly say they will get back to you and don't. I put my house on the market with them at the end of May and its not August and I am having to change agencies as they have cost me over £1000 since the property has been empty. No apologies form the manager, no taking responsibility simply a "these things happen". Brad was the only member of staff who truly apologised to me and said if there was anything he could do to help he would, but the rest of the Company had already done the damage. Disgraceful. Landlords and tenants AVOID THIS LETTINGS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS.

Great service, unlike my previous horrible experience with other agencies, I had all my questions answered and clarified. I felt well informed about my application process. The staff is professional and very friendly, especially Adam - who took care of our rental process. I strongly recommend Your Move!

So, the team comprising of Tom, Bradley, Ella, Adam and Ellie was so efficient that they helped me and my family move into our apartment with so much assurance that we’ll be fine. It took us less than two weeks to finish all the paperworks and signings. Ella showed professionalism by ensuring that all details relating to the contract were properly checked and fulfilled, she showed high sense of ingenuity.

WE used Your Move Lincoln for many decades as managers of our rented house and recently as the agents for selling.
