Worst experience of customer service I have had in my life. Left the property months ago !! Still sending me invoices for rent. The director Mitul and chairman of the company James, trying to bribe saying “if you take off your negative reviews, we will cancel the early cancellation fee for leaving the property early”.

Thank you guys for taking advantage of people with low income housing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I would never live in a place like that if my situation was different, they advertised as fully furnished. If you had a look at the furniture you wouldn’t even give it to charity you would be embarrassed. AGAIN I HAVE THE PHOTOS. after months of writing emails I finally wrote a review online that seemed to get there attention, and I have better things to do then write reviews online. Thankfully got my own house now thank god. I feel sorry for people that I have met own live with Whitegates / Martin & co. When I spoke to them they said “they have tried, they just don’t listen and this is the only place me can afford “

My husband and I are currently in the process of selling our house and have to date, received excellent service from everyone in the team at Whitegates Syston & Sileby. In particular we’d like to shout out to Mital, Jamie, Harry & Adele. They’ve all been so friendly & helpful; in particular Adele Hollowood who, we have to say, is a true dynamo!! Adele has attended to the task with great professionalism, energy and skill. She has kept in contact with us every step of the way and ensured we feel comfortable & happy with the service she and the team have provided. We love Adele (and Dana!) and will miss having both of them in our lives when we emigrate to Australia after our sale has been completed!

MISLEADING! Signed tenancy agreement at 6 months, sent me a 40 page contract where they changed my tenancy term to 12 months. When I served my notice for 6 months they said I’ve broken contract and have to pay the remaining rent and a re let fee Of £450! Communication is shocking made the whole process very uncomfortable no help offered whatsoever

Excellent all round. Property sold quickly for very good price. E-mails always answered quickly and politely. Harry Lilley particularly was extremely helpful, going above and beyond, but Jamie and the rest of the team were also extremely good, especially given the difficult (COVID-19) circumstances. Would definitely recommend.

Whitegates is the most unprofessional and unreasonable Estate agents i have ever dealt with! They have put the property i am in up for sale without telling me (I have 2 young children) I then see have taken it off right move, so with me not told anything I assumed it wasn't sold I then get a letter through my door to say I have until completion to be out! I am absolutely disgusted i have been treated like this! Not only have I had problems with the property since I moved in that have been unresolved, now this during a pandemic I feel this is an awful way to be treated by anyone especially when I paid so much money and im sure the landlord has paid too! Not only that when I called them and pretended to be interested in the property they told me no one was in it and I said well that's a lie because I live there! Absolutely 100% the worst people I've ever dealt with! Mitul came to the property and said he knows the landlord personally and still did nothing about the problems ive sent emails and pictures and still heard nothing back! You never get through to the same person twice i call sileby office and go through to all different places! Very poor service!
